At Mighty Minis UK, we bring expertly delivered yoga and mindfulness sessions into primary schools – helping pupils build emotional resilience, focus, and self-awareness, while supporting schools with high-quality, engaging PPA cover.
Led by a qualified primary school teacher with 13 years of classroom experience and training in children’s yoga and mindfulness, our sessions combine education with wellbeing – all delivered with professionalism, passion, and purpose.
Each 2-hour session offers a blend of yoga, breathwork, mindfulness, and emotional literacy designed specifically for the needs of your pupils, whether they’re in EYFS, Key Stage 1, or Key Stage 2.
